The following values represent the different statuses of the livestream.
0: The server is up, but the streaming hasn't started yet. The system is waiting for the stream to begin.
1: Recording is currently in progress for the livestream.
2: The livestream is active, and recording option is available for the stream.
5: Creation of the livestream is currently in progress.
